Soultrove acts as a platform connecting users with service providers. We do not directly provide medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian with authority to do so.

5.3 Direct Relationships

Any agreements, contracts, or arrangements between users and service providers are solely between those parties. Soultrove is not a party to such agreements and bears no responsibility for disputes arising from them.

6. Payment and Fees

Certain features of our platform may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
